FalconPilot Having discovered this band by pure chance via Beverina's distro, I was immediately enamored with their previous two albums. Their style is highly atmospheric, dreamlike, and yet evocative also. Anyone even remotely interested in contemporaries I Shalt Become, Ringare, Tardigrada, Vegard, Blackfog, or the timeless classics of Burzum and Summoning owes this band a few listens at least.

The atmosphere of this album is fantastic. Makes you feel like you're knee-deep in the trenches drenched in mud, filth, sweat, and blood. Truly encapsulates the horrors of World War I, and the fact that the lyrics of some of the songs are taken from old war letters really adds to the authenticity.
