This monumental piece of music is but one more proof that BM, especially its atmospheric sub-genre, is not dead. and that new names can appear and create something ingenious at any time. Was hard to chose between the title track and Мох, former won by virtue of its acoustic part.
Favorite track: Timewheel.
The music of "Gloosh" is black metal of a classical form with interweaving of atmospheric roots. This is closer to the natural themes: it is nature in true guise, it is the order of things (change of seasons), it is a primeval admiration for the winds, clouds and thunderstorms; the absorption and destruction by nature of everything that man has ever created. This is a deep mossy forest. Gloosh invests in music ideas of animism and attitude to nature contrary to monotheism. There is a belief that there are innumerable non-anthropomorphic deities and creatures everywhere.
All music and lyrics are written by George Gabrielyan.
“TIMEWHEEL” album was recorded and mixed at home in Krasnoyarsk in the fall-winter 2019 during the period of leaf fall, rains, first snows and frosts.

This band is incredibly refreshing, and innovative in a genre that has become rather stale. Grima transports you to the snow covered wilderness of Russia, and leaves you to fend for yourself. It's not your everyday, run-of-the-mill atmospheric black metal. It's truly something more. Their use of various instruments you seldom hear applied to black metal speaks to their level of creativity. 10/10 album! aliciakay47

The first time I heard this album I was on a bike ride on a wooded path while on vacation. I was alone with just the trees and the music. It's a cherished memory and one that I will always associate with the beautiful piano notes reverberating through the first track of this album. This is one of the best offerings from Saor to date. heavymetalweatherman
